Thanks to the complex structure of the core, the mattress has hard/soft sides that will make it easier to adjust the sleeping pad to your preferences. Wool, the natural material used in the mattress cover provides superior performance and benefits for the sleeper through the effects of a natural heat regulator with hypoallergenic properties, providing the effect of an ideal sleeping environment. The Woolly mattress is partially handmade by our top mattress finishing masters!
The height of the Woolly mattress is 30 cm and it is recommended for people weighing up to 100 kg.

HR foam for a normal firm feel and breathability
HR, "cold cast" or "high resilient" foam, is one of the highest quality materials used in the mattress industry with emphasized ergonomic orthopedic properties. HR foam provides excellent body support thanks to the achieved high elasticity based on the open cell structure.
Due to the special open cell structure, this foam has greater surface softness, greater comfort and elasticity, better breathability and faster moisture conduction, better body support characteristics and increased durability compared to classic PU foam of the same hardness.
Wool is a natural, biodegradable and renewable material that not only provides thermoregulatory insulation in hot or cold conditions, but also regulates air humidity, creating perfect conditions for the sleeper.
Wool-based products are more resistant to dirt and easy to maintain. Wool has the ability to absorb moisture up to 33% of its own weight in a dry state without giving off a feeling of dampness. It is washable if the liquid is indicated in the instructions.
Wool is a very durable, stable and long-lasting material that retains its original shape.
Shipping
We want to ensure that your order arrives quickly and undamaged. That's why we offer free shipping and returns.
If your order cannot be shipped as a package due to weight or volume, delivery will be made by a furniture carrier. The carrier will usually bring the furniture piece to your doorstep and arrange the delivery date with you in advance by phone to ensure that you personally receive the furniture piece.
Our products are ready for shipment within the specified delivery time and can be delivered in a few days. You can find the specific delivery time for each product on the product detail page. If you have chosen the bank transfer payment method, logistical processing will only begin after the payment has been received.
We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Austria. Our deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 7 am and 6 pm. Upon request, you can also arrange for a preferred delivery date, late delivery, or Saturday delivery with the carrier.
The packaging of our products is robust and protects your goods during transport.
Return
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, we offer you a free return. To ensure a quick and smooth processing of the return, we ask you to follow these instructions precisely:
Send us a message via the request button to return the item. We will then send you a shipping label by email.
Please pack the item carefully and securely, preferably in the original packaging. Attach the shipping label to the box so that the original shipping label is no longer visible. Then take the package to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider.
If the item was delivered by furniture carrier, the carrier will pick up the item from you. Our carrier service will arrange the pickup date with you within 14 days after the return has been initiated. Please note that we have no influence on the pickup date.
