We always refund credit notes using the payment method used in the ordering process. You will always receive the refund in the bank account from which you made the payment.
For technical reasons, exceptions to this rule will only be made if your credit card or the 240-day period with PayPal has expired. In such cases we will contact you immediately.
Payments will be refunded within 14 days. If you have not received the credit after this period, please send us a message using the request button.
If you have received an incorrect refund, please send us a message using the request button. For a successful check we need the corresponding order number and a brief description of the error.
