Bank transfer (prepayment
For a bank transfer or advance payment, we ask you to transfer the amount resulting from your order to our bank account. Please note that we can only ship your order after receipt of the amount. When making the transfer, please indicate the intended purpose sent to you by email and pay for your individual orders separately.
If you have already transferred to us, please note that the amount will be debited from your account immediately, but will only arrive in our bank account within 1-5 working days. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be sent to you within the specified delivery time.
PayPal and credit cards
You can order cashless from us with PayPal. If you choose this payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal for the payment. refund
We always refund credits with the payment method used in the ordering process. Exceptions are made only in rare cases when your credit card or PayPal's 240-day period has expired. In these cases we will contact you immediately. We refund payments within 14 days. If you have not received a credit note after this period, please contact us via the request button.
If you have received an incorrect refund, please send us a message via the request button with the relevant order number and a brief description of the error so that we can investigate the error.
