Q: What is eps transfer?

The eps transfer is a secure online payment system for consumers and web shop operators. It was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks in order to be able to process online purchases via secure online banking.

A: The eps transfer is based on the respective online banking of the banks offering eps and enables all buyers to easily and securely process their payments for purchases over the Internet.

Q: Can I pay by bank transfer or prepayment?

A: Yes, for a bank transfer or advance payment, we ask you to transfer the amount resulting from your order to our bank account. Please note that we can only ship your order after receipt of the amount. When making the transfer, please indicate the intended purpose sent to you by email and pay for your individual orders separately.

Q: How long does it take for my payment by bank transfer or advance payment to reach you?

A: If you have already transferred to us, please take into account that the amount will be debited from your account immediately, but will only arrive in our bank account within 1-3 business days.

A: Yes, we also offer the option of paying conveniently and securely by credit card or PayPal. At the end of the ordering process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. Shipment

Q: How are the products shipped?

A: We offer free shipping within Austria. If the product cannot be sent as a package due to weight or volume, delivery will be made by a furniture carrier.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: You can find the specific delivery time for each product on the product detail page. Our products are ready for dispatch within the specified delivery time and can be delivered in a few days.

Q: Can I arrange a desired delivery date?

A: Yes, you can arrange a desired date, late delivery or Saturday delivery with the forwarding agent for an additional charge.

Q: How are products returned?

A: If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer free return shipping. Please send us a message via the request button to return the item. We will then email you a shipping label. Please pack the goods carefully and securely and take the package to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider. If the item was delivered by Möbelspedition, the freight forwarder will collect the goods from you.

Q: Do you offer plastic-free packaging for all your products?

A: We provide plastic-free packaging for our own Mahok wooden furniture, but products from the Mojsan brand, such as mattresses and pillows, are not packaged in a plastic-free manner due to their nature.
