Mahok
Our furniture is meticulously crafted with great attention to detail and a passion for the craft by experienced artisans. Each piece is carefully selected and handcrafted to preserve its natural beauty and unique texture.
Mahok furniture is crafted using traditional craftsmanship rooted in a long family tradition of woodworking. An essential element of this tradition is the use of solid wood joinery that doesn't require screws or nails (known as "Sashimono" in Japanese). We have also integrated the Japanese tradition of woodworking into our manufacturing techniques to create durable and high-quality furniture that is both functional and aesthetically appealing.
We use non-toxic natural oil for coating and formaldehyde-free adhesive as glue in our furniture production. All our products are coated with a dirt-repellent finish and are delivered in plastic-free and environmentally friendly packaging. We use certified wood, promoting socially and ecologically sustainable forestry practices.
