We want to ensure that your order arrives quickly and undamaged. That's why we offer free shipping and returns.

If your order cannot be shipped as a package due to weight or volume, delivery will be made by a furniture carrier. The carrier will usually bring the furniture piece to your doorstep and arrange the delivery date with you in advance by phone to ensure that you personally receive the furniture piece.

Our products are ready for shipment within the specified delivery time and can be delivered in a few days. You can find the specific delivery time for each product on the product detail page. If you have chosen the bank transfer payment method, logistical processing will only begin after the payment has been received.

We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Austria. Our deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 7 am and 6 pm. Upon request, you can also arrange for a preferred delivery date, late delivery, or Saturday delivery with the carrier.

The packaging of our products is robust and protects your goods during transport.


Return

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, we offer you a free return. To ensure a quick and smooth processing of the return, we ask you to follow these instructions precisely:

Send us a message via the request button to return the item. We will then send you a shipping label by email.

Please pack the item carefully and securely, preferably in the original packaging. Attach the shipping label to the box so that the original shipping label is no longer visible. Then take the package to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider.

If the item was delivered by furniture carrier, the carrier will pick up the item from you. Our carrier service will arrange the pickup date with you within 14 days after the return has been initiated. Please note that we have no influence on the pickup date.
