Shipping and returns are free of charge.

We only ship within Austria.

If, due to the weight or volume, it is not possible to send your order as a package, the goods will be delivered by a furniture carrier. As a rule, the furniture shipping company will bring your item up to your address and inside your home.

Deliveries by the furniture shipping company are always agreed with you by telephone by our service provider before delivery. This ensures that you personally receive the piece of furniture.

Many products that you can order through mahok are ready for dispatch within delivery time and can be delivered in a few days.

We always show the specific delivery time for individual products on the product details page. If you have chosen the payment method bank transfer, the logistical processing only begins after receipt of payment.

Deliveries within Austria are generally free of shipping costs. Our deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday) between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can arrange desired dates, late deliveries or Saturday deliveries with the freight forwarder if required, at an additional cost.

The shipping boxes are cut wide and your goods are packed well protected.


Return

To ensure that the return is processed quickly and smoothly, we ask you to follow the instructions below carefully.

If you want to return a purchased item, you can simply send us a message using the request button.

We will then send you a shipping label by email.

Please pack the goods so that they survive the return without damage. At best, if available, in the undamaged original shipping packaging. Stick the label onto the box so that the original shipping label is no longer visible (remove the shipping label if necessary). Once packed, take the package to the next branch of the shipping service provider.

If the item was delivered by a furniture carrier, it will collect your goods from you again. Our freight forwarder will arrange the pick-up date with you within 14 days of initiating the return. Unfortunately we have no influence on the pick-up date.
